As the holiday season approaches, the spirit of giving and compassion is more important than ever. Barnabas Center’s Adopt-A-Family Program is in full swing once again, and we’re calling on our generous community to come together and make this Christmas special for those in need. Our clients and families are looking forward to your support, and this year, the need for donors is greater than ever.

In a world where the challenges of life can sometimes overshadow the joys of the season, the Adopt-A-Family Program provides a glimmer of hope and a chance to create lasting memories. The families that benefit from Barnabas Center’s services are often facing various hardships such as financial difficulties, health issues or other life challenges. This program alleviates some of these burdens, allowing families to experience the magic of the holiday season like never before.

How Can You Help?

Adopt a Family: One of the most direct ways to make a difference is by adopting a family. You’ll receive a list of their needs and holiday wishes, allowing you to shop for gifts and essentials that will make their Christmas truly special.

Make a Monetary Donation: If you’re short on time but still want to contribute, consider making a monetary donation. These funds will be used to purchase gifts and other necessities for families in need.

Spread the Word: Share information about the Adopt-A-Family Program with your friends, family and colleagues. The more people who know about it, the more families we can help.

Volunteer: Your time and efforts are invaluable. Consider volunteering with Barnabas Center during this busy season to assist with gift wrapping, organizing donations or delivering holiday packages to families.

Donate Food Items: In addition to gifts, many families also appreciate food items to help make their holiday feasts memorable. Donations of non-perishable food items are always welcome.
