The Barnabas Center 2024 Hometown Heroes Fashion Show is an evening of gratitude Honoring Hometown Heroes in our Healthy Community. These heroes work tirelessly to give us the Healthy Community we all enjoy. They serve in our schools, healthcare facilities, essential and social services divisions, and first responders.

The Hometown Heroes Fashion Show serves as an acknowledgment of their commitment to Nassau County and a means to celebrate the dedication that makes Nassau County a healthy place to live.

The fashion show has been crafted to focus on Nassau County Heroes and to acquaint you with Barnabas Center Health Services, including:

  • Primary medical care clinics in Fernandina Beach and Callahan
  • Telehealth
  • Chronic disease management
  • Dental clinics in Fernandina Beach and Hilliard
  • Mental health counseling
  • Vision screening
  • Specialty care
  • Smoking cessation classes

The 2024 Hometown Heroes who will be recognized include:

  • Dr. Ken Owens, Volunteer Dentist at Barnabas Center
