Local Businesses Support the Barnabas Food Pantry.

Barnabas Center thanks its community partners for their ongoing support this holiday season in helping us bring joy and hope to people in need in Nassau County.

Savannah Grand, WestRock and Chili’s are all local businesses that participated in this effort. Savannah Grand, an assisted living community held a Thanksgiving food drive with Barnabas as the beneficiary. Through the efforts of residents, families and staff, Savannah Grand raised 285 pounds of Thanksgiving food to distribute to the Barnabas food pantry.

In addition, WestRock took part in ensuring families in need Nassau County in Nassau County had access to the most important part of Thanksgiving dinner…turkeys. In total, WestRock donated 120 turkeys to be redistributed to the community.

Chili’s also participated by placing a food donation box at their Yulee location. This gave customers the opportunity to donate nonperishable food items to the Barnabas Food Pantry during their afternoon meal.
