Barnabas congratulates Julia “JuJu” Taylor for receiving the “Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser.”

The award is presented by the  Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) . Barnabas Center nominated Julia for her accomplishments during her tenure as Barnabas Board Chair and Chair of our Campaign for Sustainability and for her many efforts to raise critical funds in the area.

According to its website, “each year, the Florida First Coast Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) honors donors, volunteers and professionals whose gifts of time, expertise and resources contribute significantly to the quality of life in our communities.“

Julia will be presented this award at the Association of Fundraising Professionals annual National Philanthropy Day luncheon on 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 21 at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Jacksonville.
