Barnabas Center is a Nassau County-based nonprofit providing help and hope through food assistance, health and dental services, and financial assistance for County residents.

Cats Angels is a volunteer-based nonprofit working to prevent pet over-population with low-cost spay/neuter services for Nassau and Camden counties.

Micah’s Place is a certified nonprofit center serving survivors of domestic violence in Nassau County.

Nassau Humane Society is a no-kill, nonprofit organization which rescues cats and dogs from overcrowded kill-shelters, disaster, and emergency relief situations and routinely takes in strays and surrenders.
