We are part of the Nassau County Health Improvement Coalition, a county-wide group of churches, businesses, government and non-profits who joined together to compile a comprehensive guide to resources in Nassau County. Published by the Nassau County Health Department, this 36-page guide includes detailed information on a variety of helpful resources.

Homes For Our Brave
The Emergency Services and Homeless Coalition (ESHC) of Northeast Florida works hard each day to make life better for homeless and low-income veteran families and single veterans living in Duval, Clay and Nassau counties through the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program.

Nassau Express Transit (Transportation for Disadvantaged Program)
The Transportation Disadvantaged Program was established to provide transportation services to the elderly, disabled, economically disadvantaged, children at risk and to individuals who have no other forms of transportation. It is our goal to provide our citizens with safe, reliable, convenient, affordable and cost efficient public transportation. Application and eligibility requirements apply. All trips must be scheduled in advance.
