Give Food & Items to Barnabas

Food

Your contributions help feed hungry families.

bearded-volFood donations are constantly needed and can be dropped off at the Weaver Center Food Pantry (our main office), and our New to You Resale Store. Click here for exact locations and hours of operations for these drop-off sites.

Financial donations can be designated for hunger programs. Because food pantries can buy bulk food at wholesale prices, the purchasing power of your dollars can be stretched farther than in a retail setting, providing more food for hungry families.

Adult Bikes for Barnabas

Your donation of a bicycle (or $65) gives a working person in need a way to get to and from his or her job. Donated bikes are refurbished for new use. Our partners are the Cycling & Fitness Center in Fernandina Beach, the Amelia Island Trail Project Team, and the Unitarian Universalist Church East Nassau Branch.

Individuals wishing to donate adult bicycles to this effort can drop it off at the Cycling & Fitness Center at 11 South 8th St. from 9:30 am to 5 pm, Wednesday through Saturday. Bikes that need extensive repairs cannot be accepted.
